Where to fish on the NF

I fished the NF monday at the hatchery caught one, but I was wondering if there are any other good bank spots with less people.

Bigspinner - You can access lots of uncrowded bank fishing above the hatchery. Turn Right after the bridge going north on 53 past the hatchery, and park at the gate. You can bike, or walk from there. Regs change above the big falls.

Are they still pulling out the hatchery fish at the falls above the hatchery or are they allowing them to go on up?
Also, does the hatchery turn off the electric wier after getting their quota, allowing the fish to go on up?
