I met a new friend today. Had the opportunity to fish with an awfull nice young man today. CONGRATS to Marky-Sharky on catching a real nice pair of winter steelhead on the Clack today. We covered alot of different types of water today, but Marky got a pink worm fish. The first ever in my boat. Got quite a few bites on that silly thing.ha They work! Got a diver/shrimp fish as well. 2 Chromer Thumbs Up for Marky. A very enjoyable day on the river.

Marky is a fine upstanding young man, also very
commendable on your part to share your time and
knowledge on the river. Did you get him on the paddles? Good post.

He didn't row this time, but I'm sure that as much as he learned on this trip, he'll be on the water soon. I offered to go with him, in his boat, and let him row me. Then he'll really learn quick. He's a sharp guy, and will learn quickly, I have no doubt. Thx JP
