First time to make a post. For various reasons (recent nasty divorce) I am looking for very public locations to fish. Locations such as Mills Bridge area on the Wilson and the Hatchery on the N.Fork. Nehalem. Anyone have any other locations that you might share with me.

For steelhead, especially now with the high-water conditions, two words ... THREE RIVERS!
Oh, and welcome to IFISH!

Blue creek on the Cowlitz you will always find some company, during daylight hours anyway. Heard an excellent report from there today too. Good luck. Welcome to Ifish. Don't hesitate to get out with some of the folks here if you get a chance. I've met some good people here so far.

seems like most anytime i go out on the clackamas, there are plenty of other people there catching all of my fish. given that it's so close to town, it tends to get a lot of traffic. oxbow park on the sandy has some good holes and fairly moderate traffic.
keep an eye on the board. if any river is doing well, you can be there are going to be lots of people on it.
sorry to hear about the nasty divorce situation. i go fishing to get away from people; i'd hate to be in a position where i had to fish with the crowds just for safety.
