I won't have to commute 60 miles roundtrip everyday! I'm starting soon! :excited:
It's been rough the past 365 days. I was injured in an auto accident which totaled my car on January 27 (still recovering, maybe 85% there). A co-worker's daughter was killed in the Northern Illinois University shooting earlier this year. I have several friends dealing with cancer, and one died last October. It's been a rough year, for sure.
Thank the Lord, I was able to find a better job, with much more job growth opportunities. I'm glad God has allowed this good opportunity to enter my life. (But my vacation days go from 24/year to 12/year, so fishing time will be a bit scarce for a while). Overall though, it's a fantastic career growth opportunity!
