Does anyone know a good guide for the Olympic penninsula? I'd like to get a steelie trip going in Feb or Mar and I figure I'll try a guide before I try and drag my boat up there.

I use Bob Darminento at Northwest Exposure Guide Service.
I have fished with him for a few years now. Bob puts on a great show, beauitful boat. great equipment and he catches lots of big fish.
Send me an email if you would like his number.
Bob fishes the major rivers and is really good at teaching you something new.
When I go with a guide I like to learn something.. 99% of the time I fish with guides I fish rivers I don't fish on my own, Bob always manages to teach me something that I can take home. Maybe a new plug, new color of this or that, or new line etc? Bob's on top of it all.
Last year I down sized my anchor rope from 1/2 to 3/8 after rowing and pulling his rope.. (yes, he lets me row his boat.. pretty cool guide huh) just a little thing that made a big difference.
