I have a nice Fenwick fiberglas blank I'd like to have made into a plug rod. Any estimate of what it would cost for handle, guides, and building? Anyone out there interested in building it for me?

You can price out parts or purchase a building it.
I once purchase a cabelas fly rod building kit that included guides, reel seat, handle, epoxy and thread. I'm not sure if they still carry these kits.
You can also price them out at mudhole or speak to a customer representative for parts.
Or you can bring the blank to anglersworkshop in woodland, wa and have them help you choose what components.
One big thing to consider is the different types of guide ceramics. Just depends on your budget. Take into consideration whether or not you will be using braided line or not. Usually the more the guide cost, the harder the ceramic material is. I've been using Fuji Hardloy guides and Silicon carbide and would recommend both of them.

Without knowing what blank you have, etc. A good place to start would be parts plus $100.
