Well after catching this fish all I could think about was Dave Smith and how he always catches pigs. Well Dave I dont really know you just from IFISH but this 7lbs 8ounce should give you a run for you money. :meme:

Now THAT'S the way to start off a season! Great catch!:applause: I love it, yeah I'll see if I can match that, but I may have to actually get my boat licensed and get all my hunting stuff of of it someday, too- he he. Nice work on that beauty and keep up the great work!

OK the secret is out it was lacamas. 48 degrees I was using a sweet beaver and tossing it in to down trees and branches. This is the biggest bass I have ever caught. It was also the first fish of the season needless to say it was a great way to start the year

Nice fish!

The fish pictured below I estimate, maybe on the off chance, if water conditions are right, and if the wind is blowing from the west, and if the jig is still in its mouth, weighs 1 lb. 2 oz. This is merely an estimate and not the actual weight of the fish in the picture. I could be off by a few, or even several ounces.

HA HA!

You caught a LUNKER!

God Bless America!!!

One of these days, I will be blessed to feel the weight of a bass nearly the size of a sack of spuds on the end of my line....one of these days! Bass of a lifetime for some of us, for others, you know who you are, just another nice bass! Awesome fish!
