Regarding Fougera triple-antibiotic cream; Does Fougera have different ingredients than other anti-biot creams? What about the ones with lanacane (sp?)? With kids something to stop pain is always a plus. Is something like Lanabiotic cream or the store brand going to be as good of an anti-biotic cream if they have the same ingredients?

Hey Vinny; I'm not sure if that brand has a lodocaine additive available, however, there many OTC sprays and jells out there that have a good combination. The best advice I can give is watch the backcasts. They will get you when you least expect it!!!
