Hagg Lake Reports?

Is Hagg still muddy? Has anyone been catching anything?

Got a report from a friend that said he went out 2 weekends ago. Still muddy with debris in the water. He told me he had a few small bites while trolling but not much. No fish caught. Waiting for it to clear.

I went Sunday and alternated back and forth between split shot, senko, a rapala and spinnerbaits.

Missed one on a red and black senko (whacky style) and lipped a 14" LMB. Both were back in the same cove in 3-5 feet of water. I'll post a pic of this first fish of the year for me when I get home tonight.

Water was very muddy. Wash Co. Sherriff said the lake was full a while back, lake was lowered for the run off, and that it had come up 2 feet in the last few days.

Almost all other boats I saw were trolling for trout, I was the only bass fisher.

Interestingly enough, I also caught a 8" stocker rainbow right at the boat while drop shotting of all methods. :shrug:

I went out Sunday for a few hours to get the spiderwebs off the boat. We trolled a little while with no luck so we headed in. The water is very murkey and full of debris.
