FEAR NO FISH!

To All:
We do not appreciate the way you are fattening the female species of our federation. Artificial insemination is unacceptable. Also, what do you have against us on Thanksgiving? EAT MORE FISH!!!

I believe I am the victem of an attack by the Allied Turkey Federation. Earlier today, after watching the obligatory football game, I was faced with an insurmountable abundance of food mounded around a stuffed, golden roasted turkey. Without thinking about the social consequences or any potential covert actions by the ATF, I piled my plate high with turkey, stuffing, yams, mashed potatoes, green beans, cranberry sauce and gravy. Shortly after scarfing through the pile and another, smaller plate and washing it all down with a wonderful 1994 Domaine Drouhin Pinot Noir I found myself overwhelmed and nearly incapacitated by somnambulence. Certainly some insidious substance was surreptitiously introduced into the bird ... but dang!, what a nice break from all that salmon!

Pete,
We're gonna deep fry another one tomorrow at my moms. After that we are headed back to McNary Dam to wish some steelhead HAPPY BONKINGS!I am going to have to hang out with you to increase my vocabulary. I had to hit the dictionary up after your last post. That didn't sound like some of 7-11's best wine.

FNF (or is it now "Fear No Weather?" )
This is just a guess, but I don't think that Pete unscrews a cap to sample the bouquet of a '94 Red Watcha Macallit.

I'm purdy good and appreciative of that finer wine stuff. As a matter of fact if I'd been at Pete's blind folded, I coulda chugged half a glass a that '94 "Piennor Waugh" and identified it precisely! . . .

(and for those of you that haven't heard it before

"I think I know it," [chug, chug], "I know it, aaahh, It's RED!!"

MY TURN!!!
I get to cook a turkey today!
I don't ever get the fun leftovers when I go to relatives. I must have my own!
Thanksgiving all over again today, with all the trimmings!

Just did the same thing, Jen. No leftovers when you go to relatives. Made my own dressing and roasted a fresh 20 pounder this afternoon. Nancy kicked in with some yams and 3 pies. We did T-day all over again!
