Joshua James Moughler December 17,1979-March 5,2008

Joshua passed away at the young age of 28 on Wednesday,March 5,2008 in a construction accident near Alsea. Joshua is survived by his wife Lindsey Moughler, son,Cole Moughler,father,Dan Moughler,brother Ryan Moughler,sister, Brandy Moughler Braa, nephew,Jackson Braa, grandfather, Morris McGill, and best friend Braden Clarkson.

Josh was a best friend to many people and loved to hunt and fish. He will be greatly missed.

Wow wear do you start, ,,, the kind of guy that you want with you all the time.. You never had to second guess if he had your back, He was also quite a good hand with a horse. I can remember the first time i went out with him on his new sled in the lower willy. and countless times after that ,

I dont pray alot but i got to tell you after his services I had a serious discussion with God. I dont know that i realy feel any better about it after the fact butI guess it gave me a little peace, knowing i had tried. His wife and son hopefully will benifit from it. Dont know if I will ever realy understand it.

Josh i already miss ya and cant wait to fish with ya again in river above.

Josh, he will always be loved by his family and friends and never forgot. Josh was great friend and was always fun to be around. With his goofy and playful dimeanor he always made things interesting, his was little prone to being clumbsy also. On one of my last fishing trips with him, we had pulled to shore to fish hole better. As proceeded to cast he caught bush to the side of the boat and tangled around the oar. So he untangled the line from the oar started trying to get unhooked from the bush. Well it wouldn't come unhooked easily, so he decided to get out of the boat and unhook it. As he stepped from the boat he didn't get his footing quite right and into the drink he went. To the onlooker, this was fairly funny and Josh being a good sport, laughed also and ended up with my dry sweatshirt in the process. That he ended up bringing two steelhead along with some great memories for the rest of us. Josh loved hunting and fishing and just about any outdoor activity. I was priveleged enough to have been with him on many sucessful hunts, including his first elk which was a 6 point rosevelt. I hope his son Cole will know how great of a person his father was and how much his dad loved him. I could write a book of all the stories to tell about him, but that's for another time. Josh thanks for all the great memories and I hope to see again someday.
