Finally got the green light for a wood burning unit. 42" face with blower, remote control, 24' of pipe, cap, and fake logs. We've probably only used the thing a total of 10 hours. It really doesn't put out much heat....probably 25,000 btu's. It can also be converted to gas with an adapter. I believe they call it a "zero clearance fireplace". How about a trade for something or $250??
