Thanks again to all who gave so freely of there time to help with the childrens life vest project. I spoke to Pete Olaughlin on Sunday nite when we were breaking down the booth and he said there were over 2,800 vests given out. Wow! I hope that we can see more help from the Central Oregon folks next year. The majority of the vest sizes were "toddler" and small so you know that some younguns' are learning early about water safety and that older folks will be re-learning it as well.
