i've always had good luck running about 20-40 feet from the shore line throwing panther martins or rostertails toward the bank and just work way around.

i do real well on a 1/2 oz weight (depending on depth of the fish), a 3ft leader and a dick night or tripple teaser. fish several colors till you find the hot color then swith all the rods to that color. after awhile the bite will die off, switch to several different colors till you find the hot one again. the hot color sems to change by the hour there sometimes. pink, orange, green are good colors for me! dont forget brass. black has been pretty good sometimes too. good luck.

Besides the things listed above, ultra-lite tackle trolling a 2 1/2" Rapala in a perch pattern can be fun. An ulra-lite flasher, 3' of line & a wedding ring spinner tipped with a piece of night crawler or power worm will get fish. They are stocked trout so anything that works other places will probably work there.
