Now that I have this neat little digital camera figured out, I want to be able to edit and print my pics better that the free software that came with my camera and printer does. What software do you use and would you reccomend it. I like simple to use.

Fishbait,
I use Photo Suite III, It's easy to use and you can change all kinds of things to make your Picture better,Organize them into photo albums, etc... Now as far as printing them to get quality printed photo's you will need a Photo Color printer and use photo glossy paper, any o'l color printer will not print quality photo's even if you use the glossy paper.
Just a suggestions for ya

I used to use Photoshop but then a friend turned me onto a program called ACDsee. It is absolutely idiot proof. It is so easy to use and does everything photoshop can do. You can download it off the web. Just do a search for ACD Systems.
fishbait, there alot of good inexpensive programs but you will need a decent printer if you want to prouduce prints.
I use an HP inkjet 895C color printer and even thought it's an inkjet, it produces very nice photo quality prints. The paper is also important so be sure to check into photo quality glossy stock like springer mentioned. Also to get photo quality prints, you will want to set your digital camera to the highest pixel setting. I use this setting if I am going to produce prints but if I am going to put pics on the net I will use a lower setting for quicker uploads!
Good Luck!
