I am thinking about taking my son to prineville res. over spring break to fish the reservoir and the river. I've heard the crappie fishing can be good in the lake and was woundering if the end of march would be a good time. Also where in the lake would be a good spot to start.
Thanks for any help,
joe

we always go around that time for trout ,trout fishing is really good then,as for croppie when you leave the boat launch go to your right untill you see a rock wall with lots of small birds nesting you cant miss it its right at the end of the lake where you will turn left ,.good luck .clint:applause:
