Wilsonville lake?

[Pink Salmon]

I was driving on the wilsonvillle rd. in between newberg and wilsonville yesterday (2/20) and seen this good sized lake. Anybody know the name of this lake or what what is fishable in it. It looks like it gets drained or is it that low all the time?
