Disc brake pads for boat trailer?

I am replacing the disc brake pads on my boat trailer. They are from Tie Down Engineering. The pads are available on line but I would prefer to buy them locally. Tie Downs web site does not list dealers.
Any of you know who carries Tie Down Engineering products in the Portland area? Any major trailer parts companies located in Portland?
