A friend of mine just got one and said it makes some of the best tasting meat he has ever cooked. Does anyone else have any opinions on them?

are you talking an oven or a BBQ? i have infared on my BBQ and the meat taste way better when i use it oposed to propaine. its ability to sear is what makes it so much better in my .02
