I am considering trying sand shrimp for those locked jawed silvers. Any fishers out there ever try this with any success? I am thing about using them under a bobber or the tail on a spinner.

I use sand shrimp tails on my jigs for salmon and steelhead almost everytime I fish. In low water conditions like we have had recently, I've had good success with Chinook using a pink/white jig with a sand shrimp tail.

I will try the jig and shrimp in the morning and post my findings upon my return. Many thanks Mark.
