Took my youngest daughter, Austyn fishing with me on Friday. She caught her first fall chinook, and did a pretty good job of fighting the fish. She would not hold the fish up by its gill plate, so she is holding the fish up with my fish club. I'm proud of her.

Way to go Austyn, nice chinook. Looks like Dad did a good job guiding, nice going Fishbait. Nothing like some good pictures to capture the moment. Both daughter and father should be proud on another successful adventure in our great outdoors. images/icons/smile.gif

A few years ago I would have paid, as I had it all to myself most of the time, but there are atleast 6 - 8 boats that compete with me now. Besides, it's not a very good spot as the current has changed when the sandbar filled in....... What a trooper she wass as it spit on us most of the morning........I'm headed down for a few days tomorrow morning, hope to get a few more chrome girls......

Fished the hole you and Howard are fishing this morning on Sunday and my boat went 2 for 4 all bucks and a little dusky(Kept one because it was a rookies first Chinook).Six others were hooked by the boat next to us but all were lost. I hear you and Howard did good there this morning also. Good luck.
I should be there this friday.
