Things started slow today ... huge seas kept the bar closed, but a few fish were taken during the morning near the CG tower. The Ghost hole and the CG hole were dead all day, but at noon the Tower hole opened it's grip and let go of the fish. It was wild! There were at least 50 kings landed between noon and 3 P.M. and at least that many silvers caught and released. I saw one silver that certainly went over 20 pounds and there were a dozen 30+ kings reported by guides at the Garibaldi ramp. A morning of showers and rainbows yeilded to an afternoon of sunshine and gentle breezes. Fishing the way it was meant to be!
