Jacks or Better

It is with regret that after 25 years of fishing, crabbing, and hunting, my partner and his wife have decided to pack up and move east of the Cascades. So we, and our wives, have decided it's time to let someone else enjoy the Tillamook house.
Description - 3 bedrooms and 1 bath. 1282 sq. ft. It has a large oversized double car garage/shop (28' x 24') and plenty of room for parking boats and RVs. It has covered porches on the east and wraps around the entire north side for enjoying crab feasts and BBQ's even during the rain. The kitchen and bath have new floors, counters, and sinks. The house has been newly painted throughout. The living room has, what we think are, the original wood floors. It also has a large laundry/pantry off the kitchen.
It's located in the quiet southwest corner of Tillamook close to the Trask tidewater. We actually walk across the field and bobber fish if we're not using the boats. The kitchen porch offers a view of the coast range or you can watch the sun go down over Cape Meares from the back yard. A lot of people have commented on what a great location the house is in. All hooked up to city sewer/water. The property has never flooded in the century flood of '96 nor in '06 nor '07. Drive by and look in the windows - 1515 12th Street, Tillamook - $186,000. No contract. Call if you need any additional info (503) 357-8313 Forest Grove or (503) 698-2080 Clackamas.
