I am sure this price is just for the lot. No house...Yes, you would think 450,000 would be for a nice house plus lot.

Not here in Sisters. That's just the lot. Some of the lot's in Aspen Lakes have 1 mill. price tag give or take a few $. 450,000 isn't a bad deal for there.

That is a good deal. 2 years ago that lot would have run close to 650,000.

I need to sell this so I have reduced the price, and yes 1 1/2 years ago it would have gone for 650,000.
