Talk about not getting enough time on the water...I went to pull together a single-handed steelhead rod for some time at the coast and discovered that I had put on a Teeny Minitip line atleast a year ago. My surprise aside this leads me to a question....has anyone fished this line without the tip just as a floating line? How does it handle? It seems this would be likely since it is a loop system and since I was able to shoot a good 70 feet of line quickly out in my street. Let me know.
