Need hints? My job? "Interesting" side dish for Christmas!

Any ideas? I have nothing to go on, but that!

That's my order for the family Christmas dinner.

We are having ham, and a smoked turkey.
Someone is bringing creamed corn, a green salad, a vegetable... My sis always makes pecan rolls and double baked potatoes...

So, what is interesting and something unforgettable? I have to be the best cook! :laugh:

If ya gotta get the "best cook" award, take some smoked salmon!

For a side with ham and turkey, I'd make some baked yams or some winter squash.
