I have been getting royally hosed due to the pic in my STS column in which I was wearing knee pads. Great way to start off a column images/icons/rolleyes.gif images/icons/wink.gif . Os's post is typical. The story is funny - to some. >>>

Hey Os, funny story behind that - not the pads - the pic selection. ... Nick asked me to bring a few pics over to the office to select one for the column. He looks thru them and double checks the one with the kneepads on (wife and I were out with the kids hooking up to tow the Sea Biscuit, which requires some kneeling time - ok). He says there is something he likes about it. Doesn't say what, but said he will pick one out later. Then out comes the knee pad pic. Geeez, I never even noticed them or I wouldn't have brought that one! But do they crop off the pads? Noooo. Thanks Nick buddy. images/icons/wink.gif I asked him to have it cropped next time or just ditch the pic - but maybe too late for the fall issue coming out soon. >>>
BTW, Scott Amerman will be my column guest. He discusses curing and fishing eggs. There's no one better at it. I then discuss scent and bait additives, revolutionary Kwikfish rigup, and things. No knee pad reprisal discussions images/icons/rolleyes.gif images/icons/smile.gif .
