Christmas or New Years are festive nights for many couples, even us older poops.
We stay home most times and quietly celebrate the occassion together, with due to disability challenges, family and friends so far away or having other plans for the evening?
We have tried serving ourselves multiple Hor deurves, or baking a small turkey, ham or trying a prime rib roast. All are good but we don't need to eat it for several days and it gets more dried out with time. The prime rib is great the first time, but overcooks when reheated subsequent times.
Just wondering what you other stay at home couples do for your holidays meals to make it a little special and festive?
Happy holidays to you all regardless of religious beliefs or traditions. Peace on earth is so badly needed now?
