I've got a Chevy HD Duramax that I want to put some winter wheels on. Current wheel size is 16 x 8, 8 lug and it's lifted so they must be rear wheel drive wheels due to backspacing.
Can anyone help? Thanks in advance!!

I just got some 16.5 -8 lug mud/snows studded that don't fit my Duramax hd.(so they say) Mine is an 02 . They(les schwab) says the calipers will hit, and they would not mount. I measured, but have not tried myself.
I'm told they were on an older model, and won't work:hoboy: So if you think they can work.....I have 5 wheels (4 with studs) 1 without that I would sell for 200.00 You can pick them up in Stayton.

He will need 8 lug rims. Z71 from a 1/2 ton wouldn't work. Well, unless it was a 1500hd with 8lug rims, but I don't think they made the Z71 on a 1500HD?

Hey Mike,
Too bad you didn't buy a dodge. You can just buy wheels and 35"s off an H2 for cheap!
I will keep an eye out for a set of 16"ers for ya.

Rola,
I have an extra set of factory wheels with center caps and lug nut covers from my 2004 2500HD. They have the stock tires on them with about 30% tread - let me know if you are interested.
