What time will the tide start moving out in the lower river tommorow?

I bet it will when Mark gets there, the river is at his command. The fish obey him when he tells them to jump in the boat.

High at St. Helens is around 9:00am according to westfly. Runs till about 5:00 or so.

Rick, she'll be runnin' by 10am Saturday and about 10:45am on Sunday. You can add an hour after high down here before she has enough flow to fill sea bags and about an hour after low until she slacks up on ya.
