Nehalem regs

Just double checking on regs, please tell me if this is correct.... I know that I can keep fin-clipped coho in Nehalem bay and out to the Jetty tips, they are off limits in the ocean. It is my understanding that chinook are fair game throughout the bay and ocean and do not have to be fin-clipped. All these regs are causing me to second guess myself........... I'll be there sat. but won't be able to post a report until mon. a.m.
