That is one pretty fish.
Great going.
That trip I told you about last week, limits everyday we were there. Chrome bright chinooks, jacks to 25 lbs. good food and good friends.

Dispite all attempts to knock the fish off with the net, it was landed (16.5#). Funny thing was I knew I was in for trouble from past netting experience with this particular partner. Hey, to his defense, he's a steelheader, he'd never seen a net until this year. He was wondering why I didn't bank the boat! I got a kick out of it- at least three times!

That's what good stories are made of.

Hey Mark, not bad. You seem to have the location down pat. This looks like a good year for you.

Good Luck.

Hey Mark. I picked up a nice 25# yesterday down by the reactor. (Nuke Fish) We were about the 7th fish caught in the line, but it was all we got all day. Only saw around 20 fish caught yesterday. Thursday we saw close to 40 fish hooked down there. We couldn't buy a fish Thursday. 20 boats in line and only 2 boats went without fish. This old guy and US. We motored home in shame and dispare. Yesterday we got one though. I showed them it wasn't the boat just the fisherman.

Atta girl!!...I think the next week or two will really turn on. Fish count in today's paper had amost 19,000 going over Bonneville. I'll bet that number doubles in a week or so. Now's the time for the Columbia!! images/icons/grin.gif images/icons/grin.gif images/icons/grin.gif

Need to bring some "Sacrete" and pour about 10 bags on the ramp at high tide so it will be setup by low tide, eh? Anytime my friend.

Thanks again.
