I’m posting this for a buddy who is buying a larger charter boat in Alaska. He has taken this boat for halibut out of Newport as well as Homer and Seward, Alaska, and salmon and rockfish out of Brookings, Ore. It catches a lot of fish, but he needs a bigger boat to accommodate six passengers plus one crew.
Randy is a guide on the Kenai but also has his captain's license to run offshore trips and used this boat to run a few dozen charters this past summer. The boat is kept at Randy's home in Medford, Ore., during the winter.

2000 Trophy Boat
Will deliver to good home
Ocean boat, 2000 Trophy 2352 with 5.7 mercruiser, $27,000 OBO. Great condition, very sea worthy and has caught many fish. This boat has the Alaska hard top with rain fly.
Recent upgrades include new starter, alternator, fuel pump, carburetor, full tune up in October 2007.
Nice trailer.
Electronics: 2007 Eagle Fish Strike 1000 with GPS, chart plotter, sonar.
Accessories: Scotty downriggers, stainless rocket launchers, CD player, Merc 15hp kicker.
This boat has been very well maintained, not just to maintain its value, but to know when I am 50 miles out in the ocean I am going to make it back home each night.

This boat flat moves. I run an Almar with twin 150s and he can leave me in the dust.

One of Randy's clients with a nice halibut. The boat has a lot of room. (See that big lingcod there too!)

Another side view of the boat. That's me and Randy with some chicken halibut from Homer when we othed happened to have a day off on the same day.
