Anyone ever heard of " Zesty Italian Tuna " before? Pretty easy. ( Of course, works best w/ freshly caught Tuna.... )
Once you get it home, in filets or steaked chucks, or whatever... Get out that Zesty Italian Dressing you have sittin in the fridge and soak it in the dressing for about 4 or 5 hours, or overnight if its late. Then, go and throw it on your BBQ or broil it up in the Oven until it is just getting out of the Tender stage. And, WAHLA!!! Instant, juicy, moist tuna, with the best Zing and just the right amount of Zang one could ask for out of tasting and appreciating a good piece of FISH!!!
All that, and not to mention the fact of just how SIMPLE this is to do.... The only hard part you ask? Well... that would be when your brave enough to get out off the coast of Oregon- just to the point where you think you might not have enough fuel to get back!! Thats probably where you'll find the TUNA!!!
Just thought I would share. Good luck if you try it!!
