I just sent out an e mail to a lot of people on the ifishstock party list.
If you want to be added, please send me an e mail with ifishstock in the header.
This is the information I sent out. Dang, new e mail program, and I hope it works!
Eudora... Anyone use that?

Hi there!
This is for all the "yes" and "maybe" people who are interested in the ifish party.
Bill has rented some kind of awkward machinery to mow the field today so that people may park boats or campers in the field.
We live at 9829 Kilchis River Road.

You can find driving directions from any location, if you go to http://www.Yahoo.com , then click on maps.

The party is at 2:00 or 3:00, whenever we all get in from fishing or playing on the beaches.

You may come the night before just to camp, or spend the night at Shilo Inn. They are giving us a reduced rate of 69.00 from 99.00 if you call them ahead of time at 503 842 7971. You may also find information about the Shilo at http://www.shiloinns.com, however, I am not sure if the central reservations knows of our group deal. They may... Just mention that we have a group deal with www.ifish.net (http://www.ifish.net) for the 7th or the 8th.

Kilchis River Park 503 842 6694 accepts reservations for camping now. It used to be drop in, but now they require reservations. It is 1/2 mile up the road from us and handy!
If you choose to camp here, we cannot offer our shower to everyone.

I need a count on who is planning on staying with us, so I know if I need to rent a porta potty. Please respond on that one, k? You can tent on the river beach, or in the fields by the river.

We will be providing pop and hotdogs for those who haven't brought any dinner supplies. There will be plenty of food, I am sure, as last year everyone brought lots of wonderful edibles! Hopefully, we will have silvers to throw on the bbq, and crabs to cook up! Yum! I have plastic forks and knives, etc, and paper plates and cups.

Their will be a limited amount of ifish decals available for sale, and a few prizes to give away.

Next, I need a list of people who have available boat seats open, and a list of people who want rides on boats. I cannot guarantee that everyone will get a seat in a boat, but will try my hardest!

Thanks for your attention to all these details, and hope to hear back from you!

Also, this is a new e mail program for me. Let me know if you receive more than one copy, and I'll check the list! Confusing!

Jen

Anyway.... It's coming right up, so let me know what's up and what's down.
Especially needed is a list of available boat seats, and who needs a ride. images/icons/smile.gif

I am feeling very confused trying to get people with open boat seats and people who need a seat all figured out.
Could we possibly use the Trip trader board (http://www.ifish.net/cgi-local/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=forum&f=4&SUBMIT=Go+Fish%21) board
to figure this out?
Our boat is now full. Anyone wanting a boat seat, or who has an open seat for the day, list it on the trip trader board?
This would take huge pressure off of me.
Remember, I cannot assure any boat seats for you... I can only try!
If anyone wants to step forward and take this project over, let me know!
Argh!
Jen

I missed where the fishing will be.
Is it on the bay?
I have a boat that can be used on the bay.
Tell me a little about the fishing, what
time to start, where to put in?
