Pyramid for Willie anchor nest

Can anybody tell me who sells pyramid anchors in Portland that fit the Willie anchor nest? It seems that their anchor design has a very gradual taper and is not standard. I learned this of course after it was installed and I can't seem to find an anchor that fits. Willie won't take it back because I installed it. This is my first negative experience with an otherwise good company. I lose an anchor a year (stop laughing) and I don't really want to pay an extra $30 for each one for shipping. I just wish they would have told me before or had it in the description for the item on their website.

I have a Willie and although the nest has a narrow/steep taper, it has worked fine with my Anchors. I have had a few anchors in there ( I left one at the John Day Launch in Clarno and I lost one on the East fork of the Lewis.)

I buy my Anchors at Fisherman's Marine and Usually get the 25 lb. model. It fits in there just fine. I can go out in the barn and take a pic if you would like. The taper doesn't match the anchor but it holds great.

I always bungee the anchor in, before I take off down the road.

Yup I just welded the Willie anchor nest in my Alumaweld boat, its Narrow but will hold a 40lb 4 sided pyramid anchor fine. I got mine at Joes (oregon tackle brand)

I guess I have always bought the 35 lbers. Maybe I'll give the 25 a try. No need for pic but thanks for the offer. Bungie is a great idea I have not been doing that. Maybe that's where those anchors went :ooo:
