I always service the bearings on my boat trailers, bought a used Willie Driftboat w/ a Baker trailer.
My question is, how do you get the axle nut off to get @ the bearings on a Dexter axle...don't see and kotter pin, what locks it on?
Here's a link to Dexter with parts diagrams for the different hubs they make. It may help you locate the type of locking system they used on your particular spindle nut retainer. Some, if not all, of the EASY-Lube hubs have no cotter pin.
