So... where do you get them?
Is there a certain must-have model?

I found mine on the internet. Google Marine Electronics Unlimited. Got a 4' white. Love the gold screw-on connections cause I'm a danger to myself and others with a soldering iron in my hand.

What do you mean by "digital antenna" ?? I'm an RF technician and i work with radios and antennas daily. Antennas are not digital or analog specific they are only frequency specific.

Digital is a brand of antenna that has a growing following due to their quality.

Yo, call your buddies - buddy!

I'll send you the link as well since I can't give you non-sponsor contact information despite the fact the sponsors do not carry them.

Before I give you a model number lets take a look where you have them. Digital Antenna as a couple of new designs on the market that do away with the pig tail coax crudola and I'd hate to have you order the wrong parts.

I need to order a few of their parts as well for my winter "Antenna" project and maybe we can share some of the shipping. 8' sticks are not cheap to ship.

Ya KlamathSteel - Digital Antenna is the name of the company - and yup RF is purely analog - welcome to the RF educational environment. My "Antenna" project is to stuff a super J into an 8' package using a dual 1/4 wave matching stubs instead of a 1/4 wave hair pins.
