How to care for a wood cutting board

I have a wood cutting board and I know that needs to be cared for a little better than what I have been doing. I know this because the board is starting to look a little bit dried out... any thoughts would be appreciated.

I've always used mineral oil, and had good results.

Clean with diluted bleach and water solution. Then oil with mineral oil.. or find butcher block oil. I got mine at Sur La Table, but, you can find it at Kitchen Kaboodle, Linen & Things etc...
