For you Traegermeisters out there we did beer can chicken with wild Pheasant. Of course we used smaller Redbull cans, emptied and filled them with domestic beer. We kept the cooking time to an hour. Moist as a Pheasant can get!

By the way, I use Lingonberry as a condiment with this recipe and Turkey too. Sometimes hard to find, but great on Poultry!
