Barview/Rockaway??

Heading to the coast this weekend. Where is a good place to fish for steelhead, trout, and bass around the area. Where is the best place to fish for rock bass, surf perch, or any other bottomfish around the area, any techniques would be much appreciated and do u fish high or low tides?? any info thanks!! leaving tomm!!

Was down there last weekend, sea run cuts are fishing well in Nehalem, saw no fish and got no bites fishing for rockfish off the north jetty at Barview.
Good luck, I'd go for nehalem if I were you!
