Just need alittle clarification. In the regs it says that for the buoy 10 fishery the limits on the 16th are increased to 3 and my question is how does this affect the ocean because it is still open for two. So does this mean that you can get two fish in the ocean then come inside and get the third?
Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Is the 3 fish limit at B 10 or any where in the ocean? Going out of Depoe bay on a charter and wondering if we can get 3?

Just talked to the game officers today including two supervisors. They all agreed you can take two outside in the ocean and come into Buoy 10 and take one more. The ocean remains two fish because it is controlled by the Feds. Expect to be interrogated if you are outside with three fish. I'll say no more. Ramstrong was right last night n the chat. images/icons/grin.gif images/icons/grin.gif

Thanks for the information, I hope that everyone reads this so that noone will get burned on a sketchy rule.
Thanks again.
Jim
I have carefully read all regs and I agree with Capt Hook, no where does it say you can keep 3 in the ocean which is considered the area past buoy 10 but you can catch 2 outside and come in to catch one more.
