Ocean closing?

It closes when the quota is met or sept 03 ?? whichever comes first. Not sure if its sept 03 but it is the beginning of september.

It will be hard to fish anywhere else when you can see the coho following your bait in.

I have been having a wonderful time fishing the ocean and dont want it to ever end. I read that as of Aug 8 they had about half of the quota counted. Does anyone know when they are gonna close the ocean? I assume it is when they reach the quota of around 100,000. If anyone has any info I would appreciate it.
