Launched there on Sunday! images/icons/rolleyes.gif OK...NOT fishing....Got called into work!!! Water is low, but no problems whatsoever. Unless you are trying to launch the Queen Mary...GO FOR IT!!! ONE of these days....it sucks to run the river 5 days a week....and NOT have a boat to FISH out of!!!!! images/icons/shocked.gif

I launched there Sunday as well. I have an 18' Seaswirl and we didn't have any problems, however, I was warned about the ramp on the left side. The dock does mot follow the ramp and drops off quite a ways. I launched from the middle and didn't have any problems but you should be aware of the left side.
By the way, don't forget to pay the $3.00 launch fee. I met somebody there that had just paid a $300 fine for not paying the fee prior to launch. The river patrol headquarters is there and all eyes are watching for an opportunity to revenue.
You mught want to make darn sure your boat would pass an inspection too.

We launched on the right side...and picked up in the middle....take that for what it is worth!!! Mr...Didnt see you!! I look for Ifish stickers EVERY day...have yet to come across one!!! BTW...I was in the WORK boat that has "USCG" on it...but DONT worry if you see an 18 footer with twin 70's...I really AM just out to keep all of the lights winkin' and blinkin' (I dont have to do the "Dirty work" in THIS job! images/icons/wink.gif I kinda hate it....I'll pull up to folks to ask how they are doing....and they think I'm gonna write a TICKET!!!! GEEZ..I REALLY want to know how the FISHING IS!!!! images/icons/grin.gif OK... For IFISHERS only...If a big ugly coastie approaches you, and asks about the fishing.... say "Torch"!!! If he looks confused...IT AINT ME!!!! If he loses control of his boat because he is peeing himself laughing...And if anyone has a seat open for Bouy 10.... images/icons/wink.gif
