I'm looking at the BGE's and would like to know if anyone has anything to say about them. I have been smoking meats on my Weber Pro for a long time with excellent results but it's hard work keeping the wood/charcoal at the 250 degree point. I've heard alot of good things about the BGE, just curious to hear more reviews on it.

My boss has one of those BGE and makes killer grub on it. He made one of the best Prime Ribs I've ever had. They hold the heat very well and he cooks with it in the winter with no issues.
He raves about it.
