Excellent Easy Fish Recipe:
1 pd cod, or bass, any white fish
2-10 garlic cloves crushed
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup olive oil
1/2 cup parmesan cheese (kraft)
1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 375
Mix crushed garlic, salt, pepper and oil in Ziploc bag or bowl. Add fish. Marinate for no less then 1 hour. The longer the better. Mix bread crumbs and cheese together. Dredge drained fish thru breadcrumb mixture. Spray glass dish with pam and bake fish for 15-20 minutes or until flaky. Serve with Wendy’s tarter sauce.
Wendy’s Tarter Sauce
2 tbs fresh or dry dill
1 tbs Tabasco
1 cup regular mayo
1 cup Dill pickle relish (NO SWEET RELISH)
1 juice from half of lemon
Mix all together and chill for 1 hour. Change recipe to your taste.
Fish Recipe Number One
1 tbls fresh or dried Dill
1/2 cup melted butter or olive oil
juice from 1 lemon
2 tables fresh or dried garlic
Mix together and put on any fish. Bake for 20 mins in 375 oven
Fish Recipe Number Two
Dredge any white fish thru ½ cup mayo then thru ½ cup breadcrumbs to coat. Add parmesan cheese to breadcrumbs if desired. Bake 20 min in 375 oven.
Fish Recipe Number Three
Marinate whole bass pieces in Yoshida’s Teriyaki or Greta’s Sesame Soy Marinade for 1 day or less then put right on bbq till firm and flaky. Both these products are available at Costco.

Fish Recipe Number Four
1 cup flour
1 cup any beer
1 pd white fish
Mix beer and flour dredge fish thru and cook in 1/2 inch oil till golden brown.
Fish Recipe Number Five
For salmon and tuna, top with a mixture of mayo and dill. Spread over top of fish then put lemon slices on top and cook normally.
Fish Recipe Number Six
Mix together soft butter and fresh or dried oregano. Spread on salmon and then BBQ.
Fish Recipe Number Seven
4 fresh skinless, boneless fillet’s uncooked (Sea Bass, or any white mild
fish) (or boneless, skinless chicken)
1 tablespoon ground cumin
1 tablespoon chili powder
salt and pepper
oil
2 cups shredded jack cheese
1 large jar of favorite salsa (Green or red)
2 small avocado chopped
1 cup chopped green or black olive
½ cup chopped green onion
½ cup chopped fresh cilantro
Sour Cream
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly coat 9x11 Pyrex with oil. Lightly coat fish with oil, then sprinkle salt and pepper, cumin, and chili powder on both sides. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until fish is no longer translucent, but opaque and flaky. Remove from oven and top first with cheese, then salsa, avocado, olives, green onion and cilantro. Place back in oven for 5-10 minutes or until cheese is bubbling. Serve hot with sour cream and warm tortillas. All toppings are completely optional.

Also, pick up cedar planks at Fred Meyer’s meat dept and follow directions. Its absolutely to die for!!!
