Frog gigging?

Does anyone frog gig in the Hillsboro area? I just moved to Oregon from Florida where I gigged bullfrogs off my airboat. I would really love to get into it again Its an addiction once you get into it. If anyone has any tips or info I would appreciate any feedback. Thanks Ira.

Round here I think most guys just use a fly rod with a chunk of yarn dangled in front of their face... hahaha bout the only thing a fly rods good for if ya ask me...

I remember my dad gigging when I was a kid but don't remember anything helpful as far a method. Just remember my dad loved it. Wouldn't mind learning how myself. I remember him thinking it was a real kick and I am always up for a kick.
