Aaarrrggghhhhh! images/icons/mad.gif
THis morning I went to get into my rig to go to work and both windows in the drivers side passanger door were broken out.
Thieves stole the new back pack that my wife just bought me for fathers day! images/icons/mad.gif
This is my second back pack in 6 months.
GPS, Handheld VHF, 25 cds, leatherman wave, micra, and about 35 kwick fish... The list goes on.
I can't believe that someone had the stones to break out my window in my own driveway.
I live in Hillsbro near the airport. Heads up and let me know if anyone has a great deal on an ambassador 6501 C3 rod and reel combo or a GTI 350 spooled with 80# tuff line let me know.

Man that sucks Ray! Maybe if the HPD would spend more time patrolling instead of hanging out at Starbucks these things wouldn't happen so often. I try to never leave anything of value in my car just because of this kind of stuff.
Good luck,
Stew

Cost me $1500 bucks for outside motion detection and alarms, which sound off at 100 dbm.
After many incidents with our immigrant and illegal "Americans," the Hillsboro Police told me that "you need to take steps to protect yourself." They did not blink an eye when I asked them "I thought that's what we pay YOU for?"
Another heads up. The big bad guys pay the little bad guys a few bucks to case the neighborhoods for what they can get during the daytime, so they can report back on "targets." Watch for them.
NOW perhaps you understand my cartoon that upset you so much Angle This?
SI! If you guys want to take turns laying in our boats for a couple of nights, I'm in. images/icons/frown.gif images/icons/frown.gif

Hey Ray I was at the local bento place over at the "Esplanade" and there was at least four of Hillsboros finest in there. I commented that at least this place will never get robbed. Seriously though I know that they can't be everywhere and for the most part they do their jobs pretty well it's just frustrating to have this **** happen to you. MY ROD HOLDER!!!!!! **** !!!!

Stew,
It took almost 45 minutes for them to arrive to file the report. The responding officer told me that they only had two officers for the day shift in our area.
Funny, last time I got really torqued I told the dispatcher (after the 7th call for the same complaint ofer 8 hours) not to worry about it. That if they didn't have the time or resources I'd find a way to "take care of it" images/icons/shocked.gif. They hung up on me images/icons/shocked.gif I called back and oppologized then 7 squad cars and two tow trucks showed up and "took care of business". Priceless.
I voted for the tax increase to increase patrols, too bad it didn't pass images/icons/frown.gif.
