Going out on the big blue and would like some help never done this and would like to know how far I need to go to get in to the salmon we will be going out of Astoria I really need some help on this.

I was in your shoes last year and the people on this site were a lot of help
if you can find some one to cross the bar with it does help.I had the pleasure of following CAPT PILAR out last year what a rush.Good luck and good fishing and watch the weather it can turn on you fast.RON
