Fished above Tongue Point today and Holy Smokes what a day on the river. The fishing started off slow throughout the first 3 hours of the flood but we found a spot in about 6 feet of water that did the trick. We hammered them with 3 BIG fresh ocean keepers to the boat. Multiple hookups, man it was awesome. That is the estuary fishing that I remember 2 years ago. Sandshrimp was the key on salmon rods with 4 ounces of weight. We had the place to ourselves with nobody within two hundred yards images/icons/cool.gif I will probably hit it next weekend to try and rip some more lips before the closure. If anyone wants the spot, shoot me an e-mail and I will gladly give it up. See ya.........
